studioCC offers architectural and project management services to design, develop and realise architecture for our clients.

Our services include taking projects all the way from concept design through to planning approval, technical and construction. Along the way we liaise with the planning departments and Building Control to secure statutory consents and coordinates the projects with other project consultants such as the Structural Engineer.

feasibility studies
 

Unsure about the potential to conduct works on a new property or site?

 

studioCC are able to assist to put together a feasibility pack with provisional designs taking account the local planning requirements, cost implications and another other statutory approvals required for construction.

visualisations
 

Our combination of architectural knowledge, technical know-how, and 3D visualisation skills help to visually showcase your designs. Backed by the latest CGI software and our in-house artists, we create photorealistic CGIs for your next architectural project.

All our fee proposals are tailored to suit the scale, complexity and timeframes of each project. We do this to ensure we have the right resources to deliver the best service possible.

But, as a rough guide, for a typical project, our fees usually range from 3-8% of the construction cost. That’s how much it costs to build the project (including fixtures and fittings), not your total budget.
